Hackfest Criteria
The Hackathon is open to participants from Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra and Accenture

Hackfest Criteria
An individual may join only one team. A team entering the Hackathon must appoint a “Team Leader” to register, represent, act, and enter a Submission, on their behalf

Hackfest Criteria
Participants must be above the age of 18 years

Hackfest Criteria
The Team Leader and each Team member who participates in the Challenge must meet the eligibility requirements above

Hackfest Criteria
The team size should be between 3 to 4 members

Teams can submit more than one idea

The idea submitted must be in English

Step 1: Sign-up

Step 3: Collaborate Submit your ideas outlining:

  • What problem are you solving?
  • Describe your solution in brief
  • Outline the benefits of your solution for your end customer.

The jury will review the submissions, and the ideas that align with the theme will be selected for the Solution Design and Prototype Stage

Solution and Prototyping

BUILD SMART. Turn your ideas into reality! Design your solution and build your prototype

Each team can pitch the prototype of one idea

Teams are not permitted to submit solutions that is existing and commercially available

Step 1: The selected teams proceed towards building their prototypes, clearly highlighting its functionality and the problems solved

Step 2: Request for a mentor to guide you through your concept if needed

Step 3: Pitch the solution & working prototype to the jury, ensure the following aspects are covered:

  • How does your solution work?
  • Who will you source the data required to make it work?
  • What are the technical requirements, cost & effort for implementing the solution?
  • How do you plan to implement the solution?
  • Define the benefits to the end-user once the solution is implemented

SHINE BRIGHT. It’s showtime! Showcase your built prototype and how it helps to solve business problems.

The presentation will be timed, and teams might get penalized for exceeding the time limit

Working prototypes and business presentation to be showcased

Step 1: Final pitch and Demo the working prototype in front of the jury

The winner and 2 runners-up will be declared by the Jury, for each theme



Common Rules


  • Teams must follow guidelines shared for all submissions
  • Team size is minimum 3 to maximum 4
  • Participating members cannot be a part of more than one team
  • Avoid sharing codes on external platforms. Confidential material should not be shared
  • All Submissions must: (a) be original work and not be owned by or subject to any other person or entity having any right or interest in it; and (b) not violate any Intellectual Property Rights or other rights including, but not limited to, contract, copyright, patent, trademark, and/or privacy rights, of any other person or entity.
  • If an Application is submitted, the Application may include the use of open-source software, provided that (a) the Participants comply with applicable licenses and (b) that the applicable license terms will not require the release, disclosure or distribution of any part of the Application back to the open-source community or to any third party under any circumstances.
  • Kimberly-Clark does not intend to use any solution that is produced as part of this UnLoKC Hackathon without express consent of the parties involved
  • The decision of the jury is final and binding
